2019-20 Licence Renewal for Nominated CLC Managers

Stay up to date with the latest renewal information on this dedicated renewal page for Nominated CLC Mangers.

The current licence year ends on 31 October 2019 and the practice licence and all individual licences must be renewed by this date.

Below is what you can expect from this year’s renewal process:

2019-20 Declaration (sent by email Monday 16 September 2019)

As the NCM for your practice, we will ask you to sign one or two declarations. If you hold a CLC licence, you will be asked to sign two separate declarations – one on behalf of yourself as an individual licence holder and one on behalf of the practice. If you do not hold a CLC licence, you will be asked to sign the practice declaration only.

Due to the positive feedback we received last year about the digital declaration, we will be keeping the renewal process the same using the secure online Platform, Docusign. This will allow you to complete and sign the declaration on your computer or smart device. This email will be sent from Docusign on dse@eumail.docusign.net.

All licence holder’s/NCM’s were emailed from dse@eumail.docusign.net on 16 September with their declaration(s) to complete and sign as part of the renewal process. Once the team have reviewed and processed declarations, licence holders should look out for the email from the CLC Finance Team on messaging-service@post.xero.com with an invoice to make their payment (unless included in a single payment option as confirmed by the practice).

Does your practice intend to pay for any licence holder’s annual licence renewal fees?

Practices can pay for one or more individual licence holder’s annual renewal fees in a single payment. If your practice intends to do this, please complete the online survey that will be emailed to you later this week to tell us the names and licence numbers of those individuals.

When can I pay?

Licence holders can pay for their 2019-20 annual licence renewal fees in September, once we have processed their declarations.

2019-20 communication channels

This year’s renewal communication will be sent from either the Renewal Team on renewal@clc-uk.org or the Finance Team on finance@clc-uk.org. We will also be using text messages as another form of communication so you should expect to receive useful text message updates and reminders
