Before requesting an application form, please ensure you have read the Universal Guidance for individuals applying of a Licence or Authorisation and meet the CLC’s eligibility criteria to apply for an application. As soon as your application is received, you will be invoiced for the application fee before it is processed.

Once your application request has been processed you will then be sent an email from the CLC Licensing Team via DocuSign (firstname.lastname@example.org) with a link to accessing the application you have requested.
