Workplace and Diversity Survey 2025

This research helps us understand more about our regulated community and how the sector is changing. This year, the survey asks you about diversity, your experiences, wellbeing, remuneration, and workplace culture.

By taking part, you’ll help articulate what it’s really like to work in probate and conveyancing today.

Your feedback will shape our future work on diversity, wellbeing, and workplace culture — helping ensure the profession continues on its journey to being one where everyone feels valued, supported and enabled to deliver high quality legal services.

What to expect

1. This week, we will send all CLC Lawyers and Managers a survey link to their CLC-registered personal email address, for them to complete. 
2. Then, in the week commencing 17^th November, Practice Managers will receive an email from us containing the following:

• Your practice’s survey link – for you to complete on behalf of the practice. 
• A message for you to forward on to all of your non-CLC licensed employees – asking them to complete the survey and providing them with the details of how to complete it.

We appreciate your help in encouraging all your colleagues to complete the survey. The more responses received, the more representative the data will be.

Thank you in advance for contributing to this research and please keep an eye out for the survey invitations.

Confidentiality and Anonymity
We have commissioned Enventure Research to host the surveys and undertake the analysis. Please be assured that all responses are entirely confidential. We will never use your data in a way that means that you or any practice can be identified, and it will absolutely not be linked to any of our regulatory monitoring processes.
