To request an Application Form applicants must complete and submit the request form below. The application form will then be sent via DocuSign to the applicant.

Should your application be approved, our Trainee Lawyer Team will send you an email with your CLC Legal Technician Certificate. Technicians will be removed from the national directory automatically if they are approved for their CLC Qualifying Conveyancing and/or Probate Licence and become a Licensed Conveyancer and/or Licensed Probate Practitioner.
