Annual Tax on Enveloped Dwellings (ATED)
HMRC has developed a new ATED online service to replace the old forms published on Gov.UK. The service is now open for taxpayers and agents to register to use the service and to appoint their agent online ahead of the start of the next chargeable period beginning 1 April 2017.

Stamp Tax in Wales
From April 2018, Wales will have its own taxes to replace UK Stamp Duty Land Tax and Landfill Tax. In readiness for this, the Tax Collection and Management (Wales) Act 2016 provides powers to establish devolved tax arrangements.
The Welsh Government is setting up a new public body, the Welsh Revenue Authority (WRA), which will lead on and be responsible for collecting Land Transaction Tax and Landfill Disposals Tax. HMRC will continue to collect income tax when it is partially devolved from 2019.
