DON’T FORGET TO KEEP US UPDATED

During the last licence renewal round some changes came to light that had not been reported to us as they were made. These ranged from lawyers moving from one firm to another to the appointment of new directors. This caused a lot of additional work for the firms and individuals involved at the point of licence renewal as well as risking non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

Don’t forget to let us know, and where appropriate seek approval, when you are making changes to your firm. Just drop us a line at licensing@clc-uk.org so that we can keep our records up to date and so that you can be sure you are compliant. This also ensures that information provided to lenders and others is accurate and up to date.
