Work Experience for Conveyancing

The CLC asks ALL CLC Legal Technician Applicants to complete a Statement of Work Experience to evidence completion of standard freehold and leasehold conveyancing transactions.

Submission of a certified statement evidences you have been in full or part-time employment assisting in the provision of probate services for at least 6 months supervised by an “Authorised Person” i.e.., a licensed probate practitioner, a solicitor or a FILEX who in either case is entitled to offer Conveyancing services directly to the public.

The Statement of Work Experience is included in the application for a CLC Conveyancing Technician.
