Review of the CLC’s Accounts Code Guidance
Last year the CLC consulted on proposed changes to the Accounts Code (the Code), which governs the handling of client money by CLC-regulated practices.
We are now seeking views on the draft amended Aged Balances Guidance and the draft TPMA Guidance.
