Accountant’s Report and Guidance

Every CLC Practice that has held or received client money during an Accounting Period must within six months’ of the end of that period procure the delivery of an Accountant’s Report to the CLC. The Accountant’s Report must be prepared in accordance with requirement 6.8 of the Accounts Code, by a Reporting Accountant who meets the eligibility criteria in requirements 6.6 and 6.7.
