A probate practitioner is a person qualified in the law of succession, trusts law, relevant aspects of property law and the law relating to inheritance and and the administration of estates.
How to become a probate practitioner
To be a probate practitioner regulated by the CLC, you must first hold a licence as a licensed conveyancer in order to have the additional licence to offer probate services.
