PROBATE COURSE - TRANSITIONAL ARRANGEMENTS TO 30 JUNE 2010

The transitional arrangement for probate practitioners to qualify for a licence by completion of the Certificate course will end on 30 June 2010.

Please note that the cut off point for purchasing the course manual is 31 March 2010. CLC will be unable to accept applications received after this date.

The deadline for submission of the 6 assignments for assessment will be 30 April 2010. The assignments should be received at CLC on or before this date to allow time for assessment and the possibility of any resubmission.

If you will not be able to complete the Certificate course by the end of June 2010, the qualification can be achieved by satisfactory assessment on the Foundation Law of Wills & Succession assignments and by passing the Final Course in Probate Course examination. Practical training is also required to apply for a licence.

Please login and refer to the Probate Package on the next page of the website.

If you have any queries, please contact Sharon Townsend on 01245 349599 or email: sharont@clc-uk.org
