Call for Evidence - Consumer Panel
16/12/2009
Download pdf file (109 Kb)
The Consumer Panel of the Legal Services Board has announced that it is carrying out an enquiry into referral arrangements. This is an issue about which there are strong views and you are urged to take advantage of this opportunity to make sure your own views are heard. A copy of the Terms of Reference is attached and is also available from the download section of the CLC website (www.clc-uk.org).

The deadline for evidence is 5pm on Friday 26 February 2010. You are invited to respond direct (in which case could you please provide a copy of your response to the CLC, as well as to the Consumer Panel). The CLC will be submitting a response and also welcomes your comments. It would be helpful to receive those comments by 31 January 2010 so they can be taken fully into account in the CLC's response."

It would be helpful if responses are sent by email to consultations@clc-uk.org. They can alternatively be sent by post or by DX to:
