On Monday 16th November, Land Registry will launch a new service, Flood Risk Indicator, after working closely with the Environment Agency.
For a fee of £6.50, a member of the public can find out if their property is on a floodplain, or near a floodplain and the likelihood of flooding according to the proximity of the property being searched. Further details can be found in the attached document.
