| At its meeting in July 2009 the Council agreed that the Aged Balances Note (published on the CLC website) should be amended to provide a general waiver permitting practices to transfer to office account client balances of less than one pound. As it was undecided as to whether the amount of the waiver, the Council agreed that a review should be carried out by the end of 2010 to determine whether the amount of the waiver should be greater than one pound. The CLC welcomes submissions (with reasons) as to the level of waiver which should be sent to Simon Blandy at the CLC (simonb@clc-uk.org) |
