No matter how old your browser software—you can use this website. It may well look different in some older browsers, and will appear as mostly text in very old browsers (like Netscape 4, or Internet Explorer 5.x for Macintosh)—but the information will be the same, and so are the links on our web site.

Apple QuickTime™   

All videos included on our site are in Apple QuickTime™ format. All of our videos have a poster frame (still image) place holder, and clicking on the poster frame will start the video playing.

The video files have been optimised for web use, but the smoothness of playback of these videos will still depend largely on the speed of your broadband connection, the speed of your computer and how many other internet related activities you are engaged in at the same time—for example gaming, streaming music or downloading files from the internet.

Tiny URL™

Any links on our web site for you to send e-mails to us are encoded using Tiny URLs™. We do this to prevent our e-mail addresses from being harvested by spammers.

Adobe PDF™ documents   

Where possible, the information on our site is conventional text. For your benefit though, many of our longer documents are published in Adobe PDF format. These documents can be read on all major operating systems with the free Adobe Reader software.

Adobe also offers a free online tool for converting PDF documents to HTML or to text. You will need to copy the URL (web address) of the document you want to convert by right-clicking the link and selecting 'copy' from the pop-out menu.
